How it works

When a bottle arrives via GRN, it gets a RFC 4122 v4 UUID and a printable QR label. When the bartender pours, they scan the bottle — the system deducts the exact ml from the immutable ledger. No manual counts. No discrepancies. No pilferage.

Receive & Label

Bottle arrives via GRN. System generates UUID, prints QR label. Stick it on. Done.

Open & Activate

When the bottle is opened, scan to mark as active. Full capacity is set in the system (e.g., 750ml).

Scan to Pour

Per-KOT scanning. Each pour deducts exact ml from the bottle's ledger. Linked to the order and the bartender.

Every pour, waste, and return is an append-only record. No edits, no deletes. Complete audit trail from seal to empty.
